Senator Adams objected. SENATE SPECIAL CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2 was read the second time and was before the Joint Session on final passage. Representative Barnes rose to a point of order, citing Mason's Manual, Section 102.5. President Pearce cautioned members to proceed in order. The question being: Shall SENATE SPECIAL CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2 Disapproving Executive Order No. 95, pass the Joint Session?
